Only what you type into the enquiry form: the service you select, your organisation, study type, target geography, approximate sample size, timeline, an optional description, your name, work email, optional phone number, and your consent to be contacted.

Please do not submit participant datasets, personally identifiable information about research participants, confidential protocols or any other sensitive study material through this public form. If an engagement proceeds, we will agree a secure channel for that material separately.

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and decide together whether we are the right fit. We process these details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.

The form posts to this site’s own server endpoint, which validates the submission and forwards it to the configured destination — an email inbox or a form-handling service. Credentials for that destination are held in server-side environment variables and are never exposed in the browser.

The endpoint applies rate limiting and basic automated-submission checks. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Until a published contact address is in place, send the request through the enquiry form and we will action it.
